Chicken And Broccoli Pasta In Tomato Cream Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. rigatoni noodles
2 lb. chicken breasts
3 c. broccoli florets
1 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 (14 oz.) can tomatoes
1/2 c. cream or half and half
1 1/2 Tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
4 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Cut chicken into bite size pieces.
Saute broccoli in 2 tablespoons olive oil over medium-high heat for 5 minutes.
Add mushrooms.
Drain tomatoes and cut into broccoli and mushrooms. Add cream, tomato paste and seasoning.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Saute chicken in rest of olive oil until done.
Add to vegetable sauce.
Serve over cooked rigatoni with Parmesan cheese.
