Eggplant Caviar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large eggplant
    1 large onion
    1 green pepper
    1 clove garlic
    2 fresh tomatoes
    1/2 c. olive oil
    salt and pepper
    1 tsp. dry white wine
Preparation
    Put a whole eggplant in a 400\u00b0 oven and bake until soft, about 1 hour.
    While cooking eggplant, peel and chop one large onion, green pepper and peel and chop 2 tomatoes.
