Green Beans Parmesan(Serves 4) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. dried bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. green beans
    1 large onion, chopped
Preparation
    Microwave 1 tablespoon of margarine in a 1 cup glass measuring cup for 20 to 30 seconds (until melted).
    Add bread crumbs and cheese.
    Microwave 45 to 60 seconds or until golden brown and crisp.
    Cook green beans and onion in covered saucepan with 1/4 cup water until tender.
    Drain.
    Toss with other tablespoon of butter.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into greased casserole dish.
    Sprinkle with bread crumb mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
