Graham Cracker Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    22 graham crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and egg yolks.
    Add milk and vanilla and mix.
    Stir in flour and baking powder; mix well, then fold in beaten egg whites.
    Bake in an 8 x 8-inch square pan at 375\u00b0 about 45 minutes.
