Pierce'S Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. warm water
    1 1/4 tsp. yeast
    1 1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. sifted flour
    1 beaten egg
    coarse salt
    hot mustard
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
    Dissolve yeast, sugar and salt in warm water.
    Blend in sifted flour.
    Knead on lightly floured board, 15 to 18 times.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
