Butter-Pecan Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 tall cans evaporated milk
    1 small pkg. instant vanilla pudding
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Saute pecans in melted butter, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until toasted.
    Set aside to cool.
