Potato Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/3 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. caraway seed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Deep\tfry
    in hot oil (375\u00b0). Drop by spoonfuls into hot oil.\tWhen
    brown on one side, turn and brown other side.
    Makes 15 to 20 small puffs.
