Jamaican Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. sweet potatoes
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. oleo or butter
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salt water until barely tender; cool to handle.
    Remove skin and slice into medium slices.
    Saute onion in butter and curry.
    Add salt, pepper, raisins, broth, brown sugar and lemon juice.
    Place potatoes and combined mixture in casserole and bake at 350\u00b0 until half of the liquid is absorbed.
