Lentils And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dried lentils
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped green pepper
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can whole tomatoes, chopped (undrained)
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. ground red pepper
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded, fat-free Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook lentils according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain lentils and set aside.
