Sour Cream Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 lb. grated cheese
1 to 2 dozen soft flour tortillas
2 (4 oz.) cans diced green chili peppers
2 lb. hamburger
1 large diced onion
Preparation

Boil soup, chili peppers and sour cream.
Remove from heat. Brown and crumble hamburger.
Fill tortillas with 2 tablespoons soup mix, a little hamburger, little cheese and onion.
Roll up and layer in pan.
Pour rest of sauce over pan of enchiladas and sprinkle with cheese.
Warm in oven about 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
