Green Chili Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chicken or beef, cubed
    2 medium potatoes, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, pressed
    1 tomato, chopped
    2 tsp. salt
    green chilies, chopped, to taste
    1 can pinto beans
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 qt. chicken/ beef broth
    corn tortillas
Preparation
    Brown beef or chicken.
    Add to stock pot with remaining ingredients.
    Cook until potatoes are tender, and soup thickens up.
    Serve with warm corn tortillas.
