Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cider vinegar
    2/3 c. oil
    1 large clove garlic
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    1 medium red onion, sliced (rings)
    2 (8 oz.) cans button mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate 8 hours.
