Sausage Nibbles - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. packaged biscuit mix
8 oz. bulk Italian sausage
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

In bowl, combine biscuit mix, uncooked sausage and cheese. Mix with hands until completely blended.
Shape a little mixture to form a small ball (approximately 1 1/4-inches).
Place on baking sheet.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
Makes 3 to 3 1/2 dozen sausage balls.
