Spoon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. warm water
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 c. self-rising flour
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in 2 tablespoons water.
    Combine 2 cups water with oil, flour and sugar.
    Blend in egg.
    Add yeast to batter, spoon into greased muffin tin.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes. Makes 24.
