Holly Farm Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 potatoes
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Wash potatoes.
    Leave skins on.
    Cut into quarters.
    Melt margarine in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Mix together cheese, flour, salt and pepper.
    Rinse potatoes and roll in mixture until covered.
    Place in baking pan.
    Bake for 30 minutes.
    Turn potatoes and bake 30 minutes, uncovered, in a 425\u00b0 oven.
