Baked Bass - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. bass fillets
    1 can cream of tomato soup
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. grated cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cut fillets into 6 servings.
    Rub baking dish with shortening. Put fish in baking dish.
    Mix onion, soup, salt and pepper; spread over fish.
    Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
