Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 lb. ground round
 
2 Tbsp. butter
2 green peppers
1 or 2 onions, sliced
2 cans kidney beans
1 can tomatoes or tomato soup
2 or more Tbsp. chili powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- 
                            Brown meat in butter.
 
Add peppers and onions, cooking until onions are soft.
Add beans, tomatoes and seasoning.
Simmer 30 minutes.
