Pineapple Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 can pineapple rings
1 jar maraschino cherries
1 c. white sugar
3 egg yolks
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Mix sugar, eggs, vanilla, salt, juice, flour and baking powder together.
Fold in beaten egg whites.
Pour over sugar butter mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
Cool in pan on wire rack 10 minutes.
Invert plate over cake and turn cake out onto plate, pineapple side up.
