Corn Sticks - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. corn meal
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
1 c. milk
1 Tbsp. oleo or shortening
Preparation

Sift together the corn meal, baking powder and salt.
Add the remaining ingredients, mix well and pour into hot, greased corn stick pans.
Bake in 475\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
