Texas Taters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. semi frozen hash browns
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery soup
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in large bowl.
    Pour into a sprayed or greased baking dish.
    Top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes mixed with 1/2 cup melted butter.
    Bake 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
