Mom'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    24 small cracker squares, crushed fine
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. catsup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix beef, egg, crackers and catsup together.
    Add onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder; mix well.
    Add shredded cheese; mix well. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 1 hour in rectangle pan (make mixture into 2 small loaves).
    Put some catsup on top before baking and spread to cover top (about 2 tablespoons per loaf).
