Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 large onion
    1 can whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 or 3 large jalapeno peppers
    2 eggs
    1/2 to 3/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease iron skillet.
    (You can use large glass baking dish.)
    Mix ingredients and pour in pan.
    Cook 20 to 25 minutes.
