Fried Rice With Pork And Water Chestnuts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pkg. ham, cut up
    1 small can water chestnuts
    4 Tbsp. peanut oil
    1 tsp. sesame oil
    1 tsp. crushed garlic
    1 tsp. fine grated ginger
    4 c. cooked cold rice
    2 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Heat peanut oil and sesame oil in wok over medium heat.
    Add garlic and ginger (do not brown).
    Add rice and fry over high heat until rice begins to change color.
    Sprinkle with soy sauce and continue frying.
    Add ham and water chestnuts and stir well.
    Move rice to sides and egg in middle.
    Stir until almost dry.
    Mix with rice and add green onions.
    Serves 4 to 5.
