Tomato Flower Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium tomatoes, chilled
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped cucumber
    1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut stems from tomatoes.
    Cut each tomato into 8 wedges, leaving wedges attached at bottom.
    Fan wedges slightly; set aside. Combine cottage cheese and remaining ingredients; stir well.
    Spoon evenly into tomato flowers.
    Serve immediately.
