Fiesta Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. finely crushed tortilla chips
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 large eggs
    2 1/2 c. (10 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies, drained
    1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped red pepper
    1/2 c. chopped yellow pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 medium tomato, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chopped ripe olives
    parsley to garnish
Preparation
    Combine tortilla chips and butter; press onto bottom of lightly greased 9-inch spring-form pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool on wire rack.
