Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. Mazola oil
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. buttermilk or milk plus 1/2 tsp. vinegar with 1 tsp. soda added
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Heat water, margarine, Mazola oil and cocoa to boiling and pour over flour and sugar (sifted together in a bowl).
    Add buttermilk with soda added, eggs and vanilla.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into 18 x 12 x 1-inch pan, greased and floured.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
