Ingredients

3/4 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. meat tenderizer
3 tsp. liquid smoke
3 tsp. onion powder
3 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 to 3/4 c. water
5 lb. meat
Preparation
-
Slice meat to uniform size.
Mix all ingredients, except meat; mix well.
Pour over meat and marinate 24 hours.
