Mincemeat Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. moist mincemeat
    1 c. nut meats
    1/2 c. butter, melted
    2 eggs
    2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    To the mincemeat add raisins, nut meats, sugar, butter, vanilla and eggs, then beat thoroughly.
    Sift flour, baking powder, soda and salt together once, then sift and fold into the mincemeat mixture.
    Bake in a well-greased tube cake pan in a slow oven (325\u00b0) for 1 1/4 hours or until done.
