Five Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can V-8 juice
    2 1/2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. diced potatoes
    1 c. diced carrots
    1 c. diced celery
    1 c. diced onions
    1 1/2 lb. stew meat
Preparation
    Combine the V-8 juice, tapioca and sugar.
    Pour over remaining ingredients.
    Use a 3-quart casserole dish.
    Mix well and bake at 225\u00b0 to 250\u00b0 for 5 hours.
    Serve with rice.
