Mom'S Corn Fritters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn (reserve juice)
    milk (to mix with juice)
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    Mix corn, flour, baking powder, salt and egg together.
    Place juice from corn in measuring cup.
    Add milk until measurement of mixture equals 1 cup.
    Mix to first mixture; mix well.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls in hot oil, until light brown on both sides. Remove from oil; dry on paper towels.
    Serve with maple syrup.
