Pumpkin Pies(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. or 1 can pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    2 c. warm milk
    2 pie crusts
Preparation
    Heat pumpkin and add butter.
    Separate eggs.
    Add yolks, salt, sugar, cinnamon and ginger.
    Add warm milk to heated pumpkin. Whip the egg whites until frothy and mix lightly into pumpkin. Put in pie crusts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour exactly.
