Mexican Brunch Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 long rolls
    1 can refried beans
    1 1/2 c. shredded Jack cheese
    sour cream
    chopped green onion
    1/2 lb. pork sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Slice top crust off rolls.
    Hollow out leaving 1/2-inch shell. Brush with butter.
    Heat beans, stir in 1/2 of cheese, fill rolls with
    bean\tmix,
    then
    sour
    cream.
    Sprinkle with onion; cover with
    sausage.
    Top with remaining cheese.\tBake 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve with salsa.
