Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, cooked zucchini
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cheese, grated
    1 stick butter
    1 Tbsp. basil, chopped or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1 c. cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Place cooked zucchini in greased casserole.
    Melt butter in saucepan; add cheese and sour cream. Add salt to taste.
    Simmer several minutes. Add basil.
    Pour over zucchini.
    Cover with crumbs.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
