Buttermilk Pie 3 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 c. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    5 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour and 1/2 cup buttermilk. Add eggs and rest of milk. Then fold in butter and vanilla. Pour into pie shell (deep). Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce to 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
