Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh zucchini
    1 can Spanish rice
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 onion (medium size), chopped
    1 small jar pimiento, chopped
    1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; set aside.
    Precook zucchini 10 minutes (do not overcook).
    Place zucchini into a greased deep casserole dish (one layer).
    Alternate layers with ground beef.
    Add Spanish rice, pimiento and onion.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Remove from oven.
    Add grated cheese on top.
    Place back in oven for 5 minutes. Garnish with paprika and parsley.
    Will serve 8 to 10 people.
