Self Crust Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. Ricotta
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 lb. cream cheese, softened
    4 eggs
    3 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine, softened
    3 Tbsp. flour
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together until smooth.
    Put into spring-form pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Turn off oven.
    Leave cheese cake in hot oven for 1 more hour.
    (Do not open door.) Remove from oven.
    Cool for 2 or 3 hours.
    Top with favorite topping or leave plain.
    Canned pie filling, chilled, makes a good topping.
