Ingredients

2 Tbsp. water
2 egg whites
1 (18 oz.) pkg. frozen cut potato wedges
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk egg whites and water.
Toss potato wedges into the egg mixture. In a large plastic bag, combine bread crumbs, paprika, salt, garlic powder and red pepper.
Shake well until all mixed together. Add potato wedges.
Shake until potato wedges are evenly coated.
Place on greased cookie sheet and bake according to directions on potato package.
Serve hot with steak.
