Swedish Tea-Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 large egg
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
1/4 lb. oleo (1 stick)
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast in water until dissolved.
In a bowl, stir flour, sugar and salt, then add oleo.
Blend together until thoroughly mixed.
Add milk and egg.
Mix egg in the milk, then the yeast mixture.
Stir yeast in the water (lukewarm).
Chill in refrigerator for several hours or overnight.
Roll like pie dough and sprinkle with nuts.
Roll into a roll.
Let rise for 30 to 45 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.
