Apricot Nectar Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. apricot nectar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
    1/3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. white grapes, halved
    1/2 c. unpeeled, red apples, chopped
Preparation
    Bring nectar to a boil.
    Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Stir in water and lemon juice.
    Chill until partially set.
    Stir in oranges, grapes and apples.
    Pour into a 4-cup mold.
    Serves 6. Double recipe for a 7 1/2 x 11 x 2-inch pan.
