Chinese Chop Suey - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 c. onions
    2 c. celery
    1 (28 oz.) can bean sprouts
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 to 2 c. diced chicken, cooked
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    6 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Slice onions (long way).
    Cut celery into 1-inch pieces.
    Melt margarine; cook celery 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add onions; cook 5 minutes more.
    Add drained bean sprouts (drained well).
    Add 1 1/3 cups of broth and cover; cook for 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, with leftover chicken broth (2/3 cup).
    Add the cornstarch, soy sauce and sugar.
    Add to bean sprout mixture and cook 10 minutes more, along with diced chicken.
