Beef Teriyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef strips
    1 large onion
    1 garlic clove, minced, or garlic sprinkles
    3/4 tsp. ground ginger
    1 c. green pepper strips
    2 c. beef broth
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Brown beef, onion and garlic in oil.
    Add ginger, pepper strips, beef broth and soy sauce.
    Bring to boil.
    Stir in rice. Cover; let stand 5 minutes and serve.
