Vegetable Soup(Diet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
    4 c. water
    4 beef or chicken bouillon
    1/2 head cabbage, chopped
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    pinch of chili powder, basil, crushed bay leaves and parsley flakes
    2 c. cauliflower
    1 can French-style green beans
    1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients.
    Simmer for 1 1/2 hours.
    Add remaining ingredients; simmer 20 minutes longer.
