Ham And Egg Puff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 slices bread
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
    2 c. ham, diced or ground
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    6 eggs
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    3 c. milk
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Preparation
    Remove crusts from bread.
    Line the bottom of a buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish with 8 slices bread.
    Layer broccoli, ham and cheese over bread; cover with remaining 8 slices bread.
    Beat eggs with salt, mustard and milk.
    Pour over bread.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Before baking, sprinkle with buttered crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
