Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen tiny green peas
    1/2 c. drained canned roasted sweet red peppers, diced
    1/2 c. drained water chestnuts, drained
    3 medium scallions, finely chopped
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    salt and pepper to taste
    finely chopped herbs (your own selections)
    lettuce
Preparation
    Cook peas according to package directions.
    Drain and cool. Toss with red pepper, water chestnuts, scallions, yogurt, salt, pepper and herbs.
    Cover and chill.
    Serve on lettuce.
    Serves 6.
