Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 eggs, beaten
1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. corn oil
2 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. apple pie spice
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. diced apples
nuts to taste

Preparation

Mix together the eggs and sugars.
Add the corn oil, salt, flour, soda, apple pie spice and vanilla.
Fold in the apples and nuts.
Mix ingredients in the order given.
Bake at 350\u00b0.
