Caramel Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. (18 1/4 oz.) dark chocolate cake mix
    3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter or margarine, melted
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 pkg. (12 oz.) caramels
    1 pkg. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Lightly grease and flour 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Mix together cake mix*, melted butter and 1/3 cup evaporated milk in bowl.
    Spread half of mixture (1 1/2 cups) evenly in the prepared pan.
    Bake for 6 minutes.
