Whipping Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks oleo
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. plain flour
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs, one at a time, beating real good after each addition.
Add flour and whipping cream alternately.
Beat slow until mixed well.
Add salt and vanilla.
Turn mixer on high and whip until real smooth (the secret of this cake is the whipping).
Pour into a 9-inch tube pan that has been well greased.
Put in a cold oven and turn on 300\u00b0. Cook for 90 minutes.
