Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    2 egg whites
    3 to 4 Tbsp. melted margarine or use squeeze bottle margarine
    1/2 Tbsp. baking soda
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine
    flour,
    baking
    soda, baking powder, sugar and salt. Add
    cornmeal and stir.
    Add buttermilk, egg whites and margarine. Stir until well blended.
    Pour into well-greased 9 x 9-inch
    pan. Bake
    20
    minutes at 450\u00b0.
    This corn bread is moist and almost like spoon bread!
