Flank Steak Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef flank steaks
    2 Tbsp. chutney
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    cooked rice or noodles
Preparation
    Trim all fat off flank steak; cut into 8 crosswise strips. Roll up; secure with small wooden pick.
    Place on bottom of slow cooker.
    In small bowl, combine all ingredients, except rice or noodles.
    Spoon over pinwheels.
    Cover; cook on low for about 6 hours, or until tender.
    Remove wooden picks.
    Serve pinwheels and juices over cooked rice or noodles.
