Carrot Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded carrots
1 1/2 c. raisins
1 c. chopped celery
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. sugar
2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground clove
Preparation

Combine carrots, raisins and celery.
Mix sour cream with other ingredients and blend into salad.
Chill.
Serves 8 to 10.
